Tai Chi Class!

We are teaching in person. The class meets in a room with ample space, ventilation. For the time being, mask optional.
Classes are held Monday evenings, except as noted. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and soft sole shoes, preferably tai chi shoes.

Description:
This series of 9 classes is for students beginning and experienced in Yang style short form Tai Chi. We will focus on the Tai Chi learning the form to support better balance, clear thinking, and strength.
