CLASSES

Tai Chi Class!

​

We are teaching in person.  The class meets in a room with ample space, ventilation.  For the timbeing, mask optional.

 

Classes are held Monday evenings, except as noted.  Wear comfortable, loose clothing and soft sole shoes, preferably tai chi shoes.  

​

Fall classes start October 14, 2024.    

 

Fall 2024

Beginning Tai Chi

Description:   

This series of 9 classes is for students beginning and experienced in Yang style short form Tai Chi.  We will focus on the Tai Chi learning the form to support better balance, clear thinking, and strength.

The class is open to new students.   Wear loose fitting clothing.  Bring either socks or cotton-soled shoes to wear during class.

This series of 9 classes will focus on the 2nd third of Yang Style short form Tai Chi. You will learn the next series of movements.  Tai Chi practice supports better balance, clear thinking, and strength.
